CHANDLER, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 9, 2026-- Harrah’s Oklahoma is officially open, marking the first Caesars Entertainment-managed property in the state and a new destination for tourism and entertainment in Oklahoma. Developed in partnership with the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma, the casino celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring tribal and Caesars leadership, first gaming moments, local celebrity appearances, live entertainment and a fireworks finale.

As part of the celebration, Oklahoma football legends Barry Switzer and Bob Stoops took part in ceremonial first-play moments on the casino floor, adding to the excitement of the grand opening and welcoming guests to the new destination.

Guests can now explore the casino floor, which includes 12 table games, more than 1,000 slot machines and a high-limit gaming area. The destination also boasts a variety of bars and restaurants, including Arrow & Ember, which offers contemporary American fare such as a triple pepper steak, lobster bisque, or a jalapeno-popper burger, along with other shareable items and dishes crafted to appeal to a wide range of tastes. For quicker meals, Dash Café offers fast, reliable options like smashburgers, pizza and breakfast burritos, with the added convenience of bringing food into the sports bar. Guests can also earn and redeem Reward Credits through the company’s industry-leading loyalty program, Caesars Rewards®, at Harrah’s Oklahoma and at destinations nationwide, including Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Lake Tahoe and New Orleans.

“This is a milestone moment for our team, our partners and the Chandler community,” said Joe Scibetta, SVP and general manager of Harrah’s Oklahoma. “We’re proud to officially open our doors and introduce a destination that delivers the Harrah’s experience while creating something new and exciting for Oklahoma.”

For the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma, the project signals a new chapter of opportunity.

“This partnership reflects our long-term commitment to economic growth and opportunity for our people,” said Jake Keyes, Chairman of the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma. “Harrah’s Oklahoma brings new energy to our community and creates meaningful opportunities for future generations.”

The development is expected to generate more than 300 jobs across gaming, hospitality, food and beverage, facilities, security and administrative operations.

Beyond job creation, Harrah’s Oklahoma is positioned as a tourism anchor along the Route 66 corridor, attracting visitors from across Oklahoma and neighboring states. The property highlights the value of tribal and corporate partnerships in fostering regional economic development, workforce growth and community investment.
