Silvia repurchased an additional 2.3% of its common stock outstanding at a discount to Net Asset Value, bringing total repurchases to approximately 14.5% of shares outstanding since inception of the program - Company will continue to buy back shares so long as they trade at a discount to Net Asset Value
The Company’s NAV calculation reflects its Bitcoin holdings and other net assets and ascribes zero value to its successful agentic finance business. Any value attributable to those products is incremental to the NAV figures referenced in this release.
