Objective
To seek to provide Shareholders with an attractive return, principally in the form of quarterly income distributions and with the potential for capital and income growth through exposure to a diversified portfolio of Healthcare Real Estate Assets. The advisory fee is 1% p.a. of the Company's NAV up to GBP 500m and 0.70% thereafter, payable quarterly. The Investment Management Agreement may be terminated by either party on six months notice,
