Care REIT PLC, formerly Impact Healthcare REIT PLC, is a real estate investment trust. The Company acquires, renovates, extends and redevelops high quality healthcare real estate assets in the United Kingdom (UK) and lets these assets on long-term full repairing and insuring leases to high-quality established healthcare operators which offer good quality care, under leases which provide the Company with attractive levels of rent cover. Its investment objective is to provide shareholders with an attractive sustainable return, principally in the form of quarterly income distributions and with the potential for capital and income growth, through exposure to a diversified and resilient portfolio of healthcare real estate assets, in particular care homes for the elderly. Objective

To seek to provide Shareholders with an attractive return, principally in the form of quarterly income distributions and with the potential for capital and income growth through exposure to a diversified portfolio of Healthcare Real Estate Assets. The investment policy is to acquire, own, lease, renovate, extend and redevelop high quality, Healthcare Real Estate Assets in the UK, in particular residential care homes and to lease those assets to care home operators and other healthcare service providers under full repairing and insuring leases.

Management & contract fees
