(NASDAQ: VALU) announced today that its Board of Directors declared on April 19, 2024 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per common share, payable on May 10, 2024, to stockholders of record on April 29, 2024. The 2024 increase of eight cents per year when annualized represents the tenth consecutive year of increases for the 93-year-old investment research icon. Based on a full year at the new rate, the new dividend level will reach $1.20 per share. The Company has 9,422,983 shares of common stock outstanding as of April 19, 2024.
