Xiangxing International Holding Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of intra-port services, logistics services and supply chain operations. The Company’s subsidiaries operate its businesses through five segments, including Import and Export Agency Services segment, Container and Stone Blocks Road Freight Forwarding Services segment, Intra-port Ancillary Services segment, Intra-port Container Transportation Services segment, Trading of Building Materials and Automobile Accessories segment. Import and export agency services engage in the import of reusable solid waste. Intra-port ancillary services engage in loading and unloading of containers and bulk/general cargo for international and domestic trade, berthing, unberthing and moorage services, ancillary services in respect of coordination of container inspection at gate inside the port area and other ancillary services. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market.
