Its subsidiaries include Bri-Chem Supply Ltd., Sodium Solutions Inc., Solution Blend Service Ltd., and Bri-Corp USA, Inc. Sodium Solutions Inc. is a fully integrated chemical supplier, toll blender, and packager.
