Grid Battery Metals Inc. is a Canada-based exploration company. The Company’s maintains a focus on exploration for high value battery metals required for the electric vehicle (EV) market. It is focused on lithium and copper exploration. It has a diverse portfolio of battery metal exploration targets, including three lithium properties in Nevada, the United States. It owns a 100% interest in the Texas Spring Property, which consists of mineral lode claims located in Elko County, Nevada. It owns a 100% interest in over 113 lithium lode and placer claims covering over 640 hectares (ha) in Clayton Valley. The Company also owns a 100% interest in over 80 placer claims covering approximately 635 ha of alluvial sediments and clays located 122 kilometers (km) northeast of Tonopah, Nevada. Its Grid Copper Project consists of over 17 claims comprising 27,525.24 ha in the Omineca Mining Division of north-central British Colombia, approximately 150 km north of Ft. St. James.
